We currently deliver within South Africa only
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances
Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been delivered to the provided address

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act:

You may cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery (cooling-off period), provided the product is unused and in original packaging
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons
Refunds will not be issued for products that have been incorrectly used, excessively diluted, mixed with other substances, or used in a manner inconsistent with the provided instructions.

Refunds will be processed once returned items are inspected and approved.
